Do I need to install anything?

No. HERE works entirely through a private WhatsApp contact you already know how to use. Save one number, send whatever you want HERE to remember, and get responses back the same way. Nothing to download.

Which languages does HERE understand?

Hindi, English, Punjabi, Tamil, Bengali, and the natural way people mix them together. Regional words and code-mix are fine. More Indian languages are being added continuously.

Is there a way to try HERE for free?

Yes — FREEMIUM gives you a monthly allowance of messages with no card and no signup form. Just message our WhatsApp number and go.

Pricing & billing

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — any time, in either direction. Upgrade is immediate and prorated. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. Your memory stays intact across the switch.

What's your refund policy?

Cancel any time — send CANCEL to HERE. Access continues till the end of the current billing cycle. For a first-time monthly subscription, cancel within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Every INR payment ships with a GST-compliant invoice from Trenlytics Cloudonomics (OPC) Private Limited to your billing email. Add your GSTIN before checkout for input tax credit.

How does USD payment work?

Toggle currency to USD on the pricing page — cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay work globally through our payment provider. Bank shows the charge in local currency at the day's rate. USD payments carry no GST; the invoice is billed as export-of-service.

How do I delete my data?

Send DELETE ME to HERE. On All's HERE and HERE Pro deletion is immediate; on It's HERE and FREEMIUM it completes within 30 days.
