1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Trenlytics Cloudonomics (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), the entity behind the HERE product ("HERE", "Service"), collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal information when you use HERE via WhatsApp, our website (this site), or any companion application published by us.

We follow the framework of India's Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), to the extent applicable. Where you are in another jurisdiction, we honour your local rights to the extent they apply to us.

By using HERE, you consent to the processing described here. If you do not agree, please do not use HERE.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you send to HERE

The primary way HERE works is that you send it messages on WhatsApp for it to remember. What you send is what we store:

2.2 Account and payment information

2.3 Automatically collected information

2.4 What we deliberately do not collect

3. How we use your information

We process your information for the following purposes:

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third-party advertisers. We do not send you any promotional material about products that are not HERE.

4. Sharing and third-party processors

We share personal data only with the processors we rely on to run HERE, each contractually bound to process on our behalf and only for the purpose we specify:

We do not permit any processor to use your content for their own purposes or to combine it with data from other customers.

We may disclose personal data if compelled by valid legal process from an Indian authority, or where necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or respond to a genuine safety emergency. We will notify you of any such disclosure unless prohibited by law.

5. Storage, security and retention

5.1 Where the data lives

All user data is stored in Google Cloud infrastructure in the India (Mumbai) asia-south1 region. It does not leave India, other than for the specific processors listed above (some of whose sub-processing may be global; each is contractually restricted).

5.2 Security measures

See our Security page for the full posture.

5.3 Retention

You can trigger immediate deletion at any time by sending DELETE ME to HERE on WhatsApp.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights over your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@trenlytics.com. We aim to respond within 7 working days and complete the request within 30 days.

7. Cookies and analytics on this website

This website uses a minimal set of first-party technologies:

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any behavioural advertising tracker on this site. If we ever add analytics, this policy will be updated first.

8. Children

HERE is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at info@trenlytics.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via a message from HERE and a notice on this page. The effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use of HERE after a change means you accept the updated policy; if you disagree, cancel your account.

10. Grievance officer & contact

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the DPDP Act, we designate a grievance officer to handle privacy complaints:

We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days as required by law.
