Any WhatsApp message you send to HERE — a text, a voice note, an image, a document. Onboarding messages don't count. Messages HERE sends to you (daily summaries, personal reminders, nudges) don't count. Failed messages (bad audio we couldn't transcribe) don't count either. The meter reflects your actual usage.
On It's HERE, once you send your 100th message, HERE will reply to further messages with a note that you've hit your cap and can upgrade. Nothing is lost — your memory is intact. On All's HERE, unused messages roll over to the next month up to a maximum of 1000 total, so a light month becomes a buffer for a heavy one.
Because the point of It's HERE is to be genuinely useful for people who only need reminders and light tracking. If you're going to use images, documents, or hit the cap on tier 1, All's HERE is what you actually want — and we'd rather be honest about that than make you find out the hard way.
Yes. When our free tier is open, anyone can start using HERE for a small monthly allowance of messages — no payment, no card, nothing. Just message our number and go. When you hit the monthly limit you'll get a note asking you to either subscribe to a paid plan or wait for next month's reset. Free access is at our discretion — we may pause new signups if demand is high, but existing free users stay free.
Free users help HERE get better. We look at anonymised message patterns to improve how HERE understands language, tone, and business context. We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties. We never show you ads. If you'd rather HERE didn't learn from your messages, upgrade to All's HERE and your data stops feeding our models. Either way, no data leaves us, and you can delete everything any time with DELETE ME.
Your messages and everything HERE remembers from them are never used to improve our extraction prompts, our understanding of language patterns, or anything else. We don't share your data with third parties on any tier — that promise is universal — but on All's HERE we also stop using it internally to make HERE better.
No, and no. Not on any tier. Not now, not later. If we ever change this — we won't — you'd hear about it first, in writing.
Everything HERE stores about you — messages, memory, media — is encrypted at rest using industry-standard keys. Data in transit uses TLS. HERE runs on Google Cloud infrastructure; access to production is limited to a short list of engineers, tracked, and logged. On HERE Pro, additional data-handling requirements — configurable retention, customer-managed keys, region pinning — are scoped into the contract before we deploy for you, not offered as a checkbox before the conversation.
Send DELETE ME to HERE. On All's HERE and HERE Pro, deletion is immediate. On It's HERE, we retain data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then purge everything. No hoops, no retention emails, no "are you sure" spam.
